We're proud to share with you our Welzig Heating and Air Team Member of the Month for December 2011 Leroy Martinez

Leroy comes to the plate prepared to learn a whole host of new duties.  His position has been recreated as he's gone along and Leroy hasn't shrunk from his changing responsibilities in any way.  And he hasn't lost his cool as he's ridden the roller coaster learning curve.  Not only has Leroy taken on new supervisory duties but he's also had to battle our sometimes temperamental computer system!
His spirit of co-operation is a fantastic example for all of us! The enthusiastic response to Leroy's nomination was great to watch!

We're proud to share with you our Welzig Heating and Air Team Member of the Year 2010 Bill Krus

Bill Krus is our General Manager.
Bill is the guy who quietly keeps his finger on the pulse of the entire company. That includes everything starting with that first phone call into the office, to the quality of the sales team and the repair specialists.

He oversees the daily tasks that include the effective job coordination, scheduling, fabrication, design and making sure all team members stay on task all day, every day. All of this to make sure Welzig Heating and Air meets it's goal of 100% customer satisfaction.

This goes on every day with little or no interruption.

Bill is always there, rock solid. A quiet leader and true team player.
