I just wanted to says thanks to Ian and the Welzig team for their extra effort in finding the parts and getting our hot water heater fixed a couple of weeks ago. We had family in town and needed it quickly.

Special thanks to Ian for coming out early the next morning after our 4-yr old had removed the key from the milk box the day before, keeping him from getting in the house. Excellent service! -James
