It is refreshing in the service market today to find a company that cares about it's customers.
We have used Welzig in the past, and recently have had them put in a new furnace and air conditioner. The workers are both knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Our new system developed a problem with heating up at the right time in the morning: heating up to 72 degrees by 7:00 am. It did not heat up until 8:00 am. Through much discussion and back and forth with the technical team a creative solution was implemented to address this quirky problem.
The Welzig team went the extra mile, sacrificing time and financial gain to satisfy our need to have this system run well. They were attentive and timely in their correction of the problem.
