I just wanted to says thanks to Ian Eldredge and the Welzig team for their extra effort in finding the parts and getting our hot water heater fixed a couple of weeks ago. We had family in town and needed it quickly.
Special thanks to Ian for coming out early the next morning after our 4-yr old had removed the key from the milk box the day before, keeping him from getting in the house. Excellent service!

Ian Eldredge was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly to solve our issue (bad flame sensor), and was happy to take the extra time to show us how to use the new thermostat that we purchased. I didn't get the other gentleman's name that was assisting him, (Brandon)... we were equally impressed with him.

Ian was just here and he did my annual furnace tune-up. I just wanted to tell someone he did a great job. He's just a great guy. We had a good conversation: I had a lot of questions, tough questions, and he answered all of them straight up. He just gave it a special touch which I really appreciated. Casey was here to do my AC last spring. He was great, too. You guys are the best and I'm always impressed with your operation.
